You can also check the balance of the certificate, this works for physical gift cards (should be a green card with a bar code and a 7 digit number) or an online gift card which should be 12 digits with numbers and letters.
If you are trying to use a gift card/ certificate and it is not working, please try using the last 4 digits of the card. If you are still having trouble please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do what we can to help.
Q What is your Return Policy?
Sugarboo & Co. has a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Sugarboo & Co. item, within the first 14 days after your order has arrived to you, we will replace, refund or exchange your product.
To return items:
To return an item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return the item within 14 days. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return. PLEASE RETURN TO THE ADDRESS BELOW AND INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE. We do our best to refund your credit card within 48 hours of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 business days to credit your card. If you are returning an item in exchange for another item, we will send the replacement item out as soon as we can upon receipt of the item you are returning. Return of defective items: If an item is broken or defective, we will replace or exchange your product free of charge. Please note that abuses to the exchange policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Sugarboo & Co.'s discretion.
Items marked down in price or categorized as a sale item as well as all Custom items are final sale.
Delivery Fees (shipping charges) - delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

It is the customers responsibility to report to us any missing orders or packages. Customers have 30 days from delivery date given by FedEx to report to us any missing orders or packages. If a customer reports a missing package outside of FedEx's claims procedure timeline we are then unable to accommodate for any missing orders or packages.

Transit times: Delivery typically arrive in 5-9 business days within the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery can sometimes take 10-14 business days outside the 48 contiguous United States. FedEx SmartPost will pick up packages from the shipping destination, and then hand the packages off to the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery.

International - $100.00
We do ship internationally. Our "standard" international shipping rate is $100 USD. Sometimes we are able to make exceptions on shipping costs, and work out a quote which could be less than $100. If you email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full street address, and the exact items you are purchasing, we can work on getting a quote for you.
International customers will be responsible for any additional charges for shipping the package. This could include the shipping of 1 or more boxes to your address. This could also include any import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country. Duties and taxes are subject to change depending on the day; almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country's government. Sugarboo & Co will not cover additional charges related to import duties and taxes.
For express shipping, please view your cart and go to checkout. Express shipping is an additional $20 on top of the calculated shipping rate. You can choose between flat rate and express shipping services at checkout..
